Positive: Great location. Beachfront. Fully equipped and cozy apartment. Enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Location has limited bus access to city in early morning hours. Consider it if you are having an early flight and you are on a considering public transportation (early buses to Cagliari central bus/train station). Additional consideration is that the reservation is through third party so accordingly additional check in steps are required, as well as payment of additional safety deposit which is later returned (was returned the same day we left the apartment, but it was surprising for us at the beginning).
