Bright seafront bungalow overlooking the Aeolian Islands, just 5 km from the magnificent beach of Castel di Tusa, located on a hill 300 m above sea level. L.M. and immersed in an ancient olive grove.
We are located between the Nebrodi and Madonie Park in the middle of the Fiumara D'arte, just 500 meters from the 38th parallel Pyramid.

This project was born from a sincere desire to live an eco-sustainable life experience with total respect for nature.
Those who choose to share this experience with us will stay on a hill facing the sea with a view of the Aeolian Islands.
We are located between the Nebrodi and Madonie Park in the middle of the Fiumara D'arte, just 500 meters from the 38th parallel Pyramid.
We are located at an altitude of 300 meters just 3 km from the sea.
All the energy we need is produced in a "green" way thanks to the sun and the wind with a hybrid system built in self-construction.
Furthermore, through continuous monitoring of resources, we are able to optimize all consumption.
We produce on our own and in an organic way, almost all the food we consume.
We have learned to recycle, transform and reuse many of the materials that are normally called waste.
All these solutions, which we have decided to adopt as a lifestyle, allow us to have a significant saving of money and a minimal impact on the surrounding environment.

Upon arrival, guests must provide an identity document, a copy of which will be sent to the competent authorities as required by Italian law.
- DURING YOUR STAY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE (compulsory): In no way contaminate / pollute / soil the surrounding environment with any type of waste (specific containers will be made available). Light fires or use open flames outside permitted spaces without authorization. Smoking or using open flames inside the bungalow. Adopt behaviors that disturb peace and the surrounding natural balance.
