Positive: A Truly Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Sicily My wife and I organized a 28-day holiday in Sicily and decided to base ourselves in Enna — the "belly of Sicily" — which turned out to be the perfect location for exploring the island. Initially, we booked accommodation elsewhere, but communication was frustratingly poor — no responses to our messages. Interestingly, they were quick to reply only after we cancelled. So, we returned to Booking.com in search of another option and came across Panoramic & Exclusive Suite — and what a find it was! From the beginning, Elvio responded to our messages within minutes. He was incredibly helpful, always ready with answers to our many questions, which gave us peace of mind and confidence that we’d made the right choice. After a long flight from Australia, we picked up our rental car at Catania Airport and headed toward Enna — only to get completely lost and end up an hour off course! We called Elvio, and without hesitation, he guided us step by step until we found our way. When we finally arrived, we were greeted warmly by Elvio. The moment he opened the door to the apartment, we were blown away. The place was absolutely stunning — even better than the photos (which were already impressive!). Located on the top (7th) floor with a wrap-around terrace, the apartment offered breathtaking views and a truly luxurious feel. We stayed for 18 days and loved every minute. Enna is a beautiful, friendly town, and our accommodation made the experience even more special. But what made it unforgettable were Elvio and his wife Adriana — such warm, generous, and beautiful people. We now consider them lifelong friends — our new Italian family. Alfonso & Luisa (Australia)
