Summary: You really can’t beat this location - 10 min walk to the Colosseum and Forum, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to the subway. The apartment was a little cramped for 5 of us (though the apartment is designed for 4) but we spent most of the time out of the apartment so it did not matter. The kitchen is not super well furnished (extra plates, mugs and a working coffee machine would be welcome), but there is easy access to cafes, restaurant and grocery stores, so it wasn’t critical if you are not too insistent on self-catering. The landlord was very accommodating in helping us check-in (even though we were late), and responsive by email. The apartment surrounding is very noisy, but nothing unusual if you are used to city living (NYC, London, Paris).
