It is located only a short drive from Lake Trasimeno and is close to the medieval village of Panicale with its charming piazza, cafes and restaurants.The house has stunning views over the lake and is in a very quiet area, surrounded by olive groves and wooded hills. The location is perfect for a sun-drenched holiday or as a base for a cultural itinerary with Rome, Orvieto, Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia and Assisi all within day-trip distance.
The accommodation includes three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large dining kitchen and living room with balcony. There is a private garden with table and chairs and a shared pool with umbrellas and loungers. The poo; is 6 by 12 metres (20 by 40 feet) and is open from June through September.
The first floor level entrance opens into the dining kitchen equipped with a dining suite and appliances including a dishwasher and fridge freezer.
