L'attico occupa il secondo piano dello storico Palazzo Benassi e sarà interamente riservato
agli ospiti.
Avrete accesso all'ampio soggiorno, alla sala da pranzo, alla cucina completamente
accessoriata, a tre camere da letto, tre bagni privati, lavanderia e a tutti gli spazi principali
dell'abitazione.
L'unica area non accessibile è il soppalco, raggiungibile tramite una scala architettonica che,
per motivi di sicurezza, rimane chiusa agli ospiti.
Anche il camino in marmo, nel soggiorno, ha funzione esclusivamente decorativa e non può essere utilizzato.

L'appartamento si sviluppa su circa 160 m² ed è composto da un elegante soggiorno con
numerose sedute e un importante camino in marmo (non utilizzabile per motivi di sicurezza),
una raffinata sala da pranzo con tavolo di design in cristallo per otto persone, una cucina
indipendente completamente accessoriata con piano cottura a gas, forno, microonde,
frigorifero, congelatore, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, tostapane, bollitore, spremiagrumi,
lavatrice, asciugatrice e tutti gli utensili necessari.
La zona notte comprende due spaziose camere matrimoniali con eleganti bagni en-suite
(uno con doccia e uno con vasca), oltre a una terza camera più contenuta, con letto alla
francese e bagno privato con doccia, ideale per un ulteriore ospite o per i più giovani. Tutte
le camere offrono privacy e comfort, rendendo l'appartamento perfetto per famiglie e piccoli
gruppi fino a sei persone.
