Positive: Good location and views , you really cannot be any closer to the sea, you would fall into...

Negative: I am Italian, and with family in Liguria (Genova), so Cinqueterre for me isn't a "new touristic destination". It was for my wife, and that's the reason to stayed there for one night. That been said, I am VERY aware of how complicated street numerations can be in Italy (specially in places like this), the instructions to finding the place could be more reference related: like for example find "this" restaurant and walk right/left 50 mtrs. With a point of reference everything is easier, particularly with overpopulated touristic places like this. Photos are good, instruction were good. I would just add that detail. Unrelated to the place/owner, a very obnoxious drunk American woman tourist was yelling/laughing until 130 am at the pub across the boat launch, completely unaware and careless about anybody else...., and made sleeping almost impossible. If you experience that, yell back and shut them up !!!! or call Carabinieri.

Summary: Nice place, not to expensive (nor cheap either). Good communication. Clean.
