The house is located on a hillside covered with olive trees rising above the Chiana valley and granting a beautiful panorama. Ideal for large families or groups of friends and couples who want to spend a holiday together, relaxing or seeing the famous cities and towns along the border of Tuscany and Umbria and allowing you to easily explore both regions. The house has a large natural lawn and terrace. In a slightly lower position is the swimming (8 x 4, 1.55 m deep) (1/05- 30/09) with a pergola for outdoor dining and barbecue. The house is accessed from a narrow unpaved road. Comfortable furniture with country antiques as well. Central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the dining room, DVD player, Internet connection, midweekly towel change. Cleaning service and a cook available on request. Car park.
