Villa Creta is a beautiful villa located in the westernmost side of Sicily, near Marsala, an ancient town by the sea.
The building has a surface of 240 m2, with 200 m2 terraces and it is immersed in a 3.000 m2 garden. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 10 people.
The villa is composed by a main house and an annex.
The main house features on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with tub.
From the living room through a staircase we reach the first floor that consists of another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and two twin bedrooms that share one bathroom with shower.
In the annex we find the fifth bedroom with bathroom (with shower) and a sitting area.
Villa Creta is tastefully furnished, its comfortable rooms are equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, internet Wi-Fi, Sat TV, dishwasher and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside the villa features sunny terraces, a veranda and the swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) all surrounded by lovely garden with lawn.
Villa Creta thanks to its position is also ideal for exploring the charming surrounding area. The beaches and the historical center of Marsala, the salt pans and the Stagnone lagoon with the island of Mothia, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve are all a few kilometres away.

Marsala is a place rich of history and charm, it owes its name to the Arab influence: “Marsa Allah” (the port of God) and it has always been a city of fundamental strategic importance for the sea routes within the Mediterranean Sea.
Besides its charming bourgeois old town center, Marsala boasts beautiful beaches, where numerous athletes take delight in the new Kite Surf fashion, taking advantage of the winds of the Sicilian Channel. Near the city, the island of Mozia, one of the most important archaeological sites in Sicily.

A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity air-conditioning, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, midweek reset of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Important note: At time of booking you will be required to pay separately the tourist tax of 1.00 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 5 nights.
The swimming pool is open from 01.04 to 31.10 (out of season € 600 per week).
