The Villa is also surrounded by a courtyard area, in a small part fenced to accommodate your four-legged friends. The structure is completed by three charming terraces and a characteristic barbecue area with wood-burning oven, set in the rock.

The Villa is located just a few steps (150mt) from the beach of Baia Santa Reparata (a favourite place for divers because of its cliffs and limpid seabed) and the two crystal clear beaches of Capo Testa (Rena di Levante and Rena di Ponente), characterized by sandy coasts and rocky coves and crystal clear, turquoise and transparent waters completely sheltered from the winds.
Not far away are the enchanting beaches of Cala Spinosa, Rena Bianca, La Liccia, La Licciola, La Marmorata, Cala Sanbuco and Cala Grande.
For those who want to immerse themselves in a timeless and unconventional dimension, you can reach the nearby Cala Grande or better known as Valle della Luna (Valley of the Moon) for the particular white hue that take its rocks in the moonlight. The small valley of granite boulders and clear waters has been chosen by hippies and naturists from all over as their home to be preserved uncontaminated.
