From the basement there is access to the convenient internal garage where you can park a car, while any other car can be parked in the park or in front of the property on the street (free of charge). From the floor, going up the stairs (steps n. 8) leads to the mezzanine with another single bedroom consisting of a single bed and, if necessary, a further single pull-out bed. The property offers a beautiful porch in front of the house with a small table and wicker seats for pleasant and relaxing moments in relaxation.
