Negative: The price was fair and the mattresses were comfortable – those are the only positives. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the pool – one of the main features – was empty and unusable for two days. One day, breakfast was not provided, despite being included. There was a musty smell from an old wardrobe, plaster falling off the walls, and ants in the room. Worse still, the owner failed to ensure guests’ safety. During strong winds, unsecured garden umbrellas became a serious hazard. One overturned and damaged a sunbed. I helped the owner stabilize them, but no preventive measures were taken. After checkout, the owner accused me of damaging the sunbed and demanded €30 – even though he wasn’t present during checkout and never raised any issue at the time. He later sent me private messages that were offensive and inappropriate. Most concerning of all: he offered to refund part of the stay only if I left a positive review – which clearly violates Booking.com’s review policy and undermines the integrity of the rating system. This place has potential, but with the current management, I do not recommend it.
