The owner, scenographer of the Italian theater and cinema, took care of the furnishings with love and elegance and respecting the style of the island. In 2 minutes you reach one of the most suggestive beaches, the beach of Scario, which for its proximity, seems to be the private beach of the villa. It is also a 10-minute walk from the center of Malfa.
The Agave is on two levels and is surrounded by a large furnished patio. On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher and fridge; a spacious living room with television and sofas; a double bedroom with full bathroom, shower and window. The terrace leads to the second bedroom with an equally complete bathroom.
