Summary: Gianluca was so helpful all the way to the end. He was very quick to respond. Arrival was perfect. Someone met us to give us keys and explain the items contained in unit perfectly. My family of 5 had way more than enough room. The location was amazing close to Vatican City and many restaurants! If we ever found our way to Rome again i would definitely stay here!
