Do you know what does it mean to get out of the front door and put your foot on the hot sand? Here you can do. The sea is there in front, less than 50 meters. You have three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms with bunk beds. In one of the two the bunk beds can be divided. We have a large living room with dining area and an open kitchen. Finally, two bathrooms, one complete with shower and another with only toilet and sink but very comfortable when the first one is engaged. Apart from this the useful laundry where there are a washing machine and a freezer and everything that can serve for example to iron a couple of shirts :-).
Air conditioning throughout the house and wifi. Safety gates on the windows and armored door. Option of dining inside and out on the terrace.
The terrace is about 30 square meters, it has just been renovated and equipped with sun tents.
Restaurants, shops and event's areas and entertainment nearby. The children? you can leave them where you want, the beach is private! You have at your disposal, included in the price, a place reserved for you the beach with two lounge chairs, a table and an sun umbrella on the private beach service and other places in the large public beach. Parking - for one car - is inside the property. Beach places and parking are included. Also ideal for medium-long stays and for work teams and smart workers.
One thing to say: the apartment is fully accessible for not walking people or wheelchairs, as there are no stairs and the few steps are very low.
The puppies are welcome by prior arrangements with the owner.
The apartment is CLOSED and not available from November 1 to the end of February each year and therefore not available for New Year's day..

Summary: We had a great stay at Niceflat Jesolo. The best thing was the location, it was fantastic, we could not have asked for more. It was right on the beach with a private beach area and our own chairs, sunbed and umbrella. Our daughter loved playing there and with the toys from the apartment. There was also a kiosk nearby to buy food, drinks, ice creams etc. Between the private beach area and main beach there was a walkway which was great if you wanted to go for a stroll or run. There were many nearby bars, restaurants, food & fashion shops. The apartment airconditioning worked well which was needed as it was very hot when we stayed. The cooking facilities were fairly basic but ideal for breakfast and lunch for us and we ate out most of the time anyway. There was a washing machine which we used a few times and a fairly large freezer which was great for ice. There are good transport links and we would catch the line 23 (Number 5 bus) to Punta Sabbioni for the ferry to Venice or into the centre of Jesolo where there was loads of things to see and do. The host was very communicative. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.
