Within a radius of 5 km there are many beaches and coves that can be visited (La Paolina, Procchio, Campo all'Aia, Spartaia, Fenicia and Fenicetta), all characterized by a crystal clear sea with Caribbean colors and unspoiled nature.

It is composed of a large bright living room with sea view and pool view windows, a small kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, large covered veranda with sea view; sleeping area with bathroom with shower (without box), double bedroom, another double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, bedroom with single bed and double bed in the mezzanine with private bathroom with shower, plus relaxation area.
Outside there is a large dehors overlooking the swimming pool (available until 04/10), the garden and with a splendid sea view, perfect for outdoor dinners and lunches.

- prohibition of parking in the garden, you must use the special parking spaces outside the gate
- forbidden as in all our properties, to smoke inside them
