Positive: I cannot say enough positive words about this place. It is a beautiful property with really nicely appointed rooms. Francesco and Patrizia were such amazing hosts and welcomed us like family. The location is stunning and so close to all of the charming towns in Umbria. It was a real highlight of our trip through Italy. Grazie mille!
