Positive: The property is in a quiet street and space for parking outside was never a problem. The property is fully fenced and felt secure. Our room was a double with a single bunk, which served the three of us well, with plenty of floor space, a desk, small fridge, air conditioning and attached bathroom. There is a reception/table & chair area which we never used. Involvement with staff was only at check-in and everything was clear an well handled. Just a couple of minutes drive away there was a small supermartket, petrol station and a bakery. Less than 15 minutes drive to the coast at Porto Cesario, about 30 minutes to Santa Maria Al Bagno or Lecce, Il Negramaro is a good, well priced spot to use as a base while travelling out.

Negative: Beds more on the firm side but that seems the norm in Italy.
