Positive: The apartment is beautiful and well situated

Negative: The communication messages pre check in were difficult to understand and ignored several of my questions repeatedly / repeated theirs despite my answers (e.g. asking my flight number, despite us driving there). No assistance with check in / out times so dont bother asking. There were maintenance workers there for over an hour using drills / ladders / cutting off the power while we were cooking and eating a nice meal, we were told they would come to fix 1 light bulb (it was several, some still flickering and a chest of draws). They entered without knocking also.

Summary: Nice but poorly managed
