Summary: Erik and the rest of the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We felt at home and yet also felt like valued guests. Breakfast was vast and delicious. Our rooms were gorgeous and oversized. The location is convenient to see all of the beautiful historic center of Altamura. I had stayed here 20 years ago and had fond memories, I was not disappointed and hope to return much more quickly the next time!
