Positive: The Hotel presents itself nice and worth its assighned four stars.

Negative: I was charged extra €40 per night becasue of a double occupancy on a 'Double Room:' I have never had to pay anything extra (except for token charges - never more than €10 each time) for a double occupancy in a Double room anywhere else in the world! When you compound the fact that the extra €40 represent ca 50% of the cost of the room, you feel taken for a ride. Furthermore, the room had markings on the wall (from luggage/wheels) and they were not fresh - they could have easily painted the markings, as there is a minimum expectation for a 4 stars hotel not to have markings on the wall. The water pressure on my 5th floor room was very weak. Lastly, I have never experience a 4 Stars hotel requesting to pay for the sauna/turkish bath - it is usually complementary for overnight guests. Lastly, I was quote €25 per night to park the car while the email I received two days before from the hotel mentioned a €15 charge. I felt the reception desk was not aware and they quoted a higher pricing.
