Positive: I really found all of the staff very friendly and welcoming. They were really warm and this was lovely.

Negative: The room was physically clean, but it really smelled of cigarettes inside. Our bedroom was so bad, that we didn’t sleep well. The bathroom had a particularly strong cigarette smell. It also does need some updating inside - there were exposed wires near the air conditioner.

Summary: Very friendly staff but smelt of cigarettes and didn’t feel clean.
