Summary: This hotel Is outstanding. The situation inside the Castle citeé in breathtaking and safe! Quietly luxurious with amazing staff. The cocktail bar is relaxing with talented bar staff. I enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu in the Michelin restaurant- the service and food were exceptional - sad to leave but I will definitely return in 2026. Merci beaucoup x
