Positive: Almost all

Negative: "private" bathroom or kitchen (as description says) isn't private at all, kitchen is one for all, bathroom is in the corridor, not in the room, so if you would like to be sure only you use it, you have to lock the doors after each usage, and take the key with yourself (we were alone in the apartment during our stay, but maybe it is important to someone else)
