The house "Patrizia" is located in the beautiful bay between Tindari and Milazzo, which offers a wonderful view of the Aeolian Islands.
The house is only 30 meters from the sea and in a small quiet street and was restored in 2011.
The particular feature of this property is undoubtedly the location on the sea (30 m) and the large courtyard in front of the house (25 m²) with umbrella and dining table for 6 people.
The house is about 80 square meters, modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped (air conditioning, heating, shower, towels, linens, hairdryer, iron, ...).
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with oven, refrigerator, washing machine, table and chairs. There is also a cozy living room with satellite TV and sofa bed.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower.
Ferries to the Aeolian Islands (Lipari, Vulcano, Salina, Stromboli, Panarea, Alicudi and Filicudi) depart daily from the nearby town of Milazzo.
You can also visit the old town of Milazzo with the Spanish Quarter, the great fortress, Capo Milazzo with beautiful sandy beaches and isolated coves, hiking trails, a lighthouse with fantastic views, numerous shops and gourmet.
Also, we recommend the visits: Tindari (Black Madonna and ancient Greek theater), the natural oasis "Marinello ponds" (7 km) for the beautiful sandy beach and the Roman Villa at Terme Vigliatore.
