Fantastic large villa complex accommodates that up to 28 guests in beautiful surroundings, panoramic view in an exceptional hilltop location offering views over rolling lanscapes and the central appenine mountains.
A private rural oasis, hidden away from it all, but at the same time close to all local services and the Adriatic coastline. A perfect venue for large group, family gatherings, traditional weekly holidays throughout the year or weekend breaks, we offer a selection of accommodation options for groups of 10 guests to 28 guests. Villa owners moved from London (UK) to Italy in Le Marche in 2001 with a view to start a family and embrace a new slower paced life in order to concentrate on the things that are truly valuable to us. We fell in love with the beautiful unspoiled countryside and the authenticity the region and its emanated people, embarked on the great restoration and building project, then opened the property in 2005.
We take care of the property, including the organic farm and olive trees that surrounds the Villa and live 400m away on the estate; guests can reach us any time they may need our assistance or general holiday advice.
