Villa 1 is suitable for four people. The living space is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a big living room measuring 40m². It provides a sofa, satellite TV, a radio, a fireplace stove and a cooking corner. The kitchen unit is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and everything needed for cooking, as well as a cosy dining space. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and bidet. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and antique Sicilian furniture, as well as a two-bed room. A highchair and a child’s bed can be provided on request.
Villa 2 is suitable for a maximum of five people. The living space of 62m² is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a big living room, providing a sofa, satellite TV, a radio, a fireplace stove and a cooking corner. The kitchen unit is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, and everything needed for cooking, as well as a cosy dining space. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and bidet. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm) and antique Sicilian furniture. A highchair and children’s bed can be provided on request.
The bedrooms in the houses each open onto the 20m² terrace, affording a panoramic view of the valley and Etna. The houses are surrounded by a garden with orange trees, which provide shade from the Sicilian heat in summer. A gas grill and a sink are available for use here, so you can prepare and enjoy meals outdoors. The outdoor area with the pool as the centrepiece provides garden furniture, six loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower. The whole site is fenced. Access is possible through two gates, a larger one for car access and a smaller one for pedestrians. Cars can be parked on the parking space by the driveway or in front of the house.
The holiday houses are perfect for acquainted families who would like peace and quiet on holiday in an elegant and modern setting.
