It ´a "House-Villa Patron" built around the 800, but restored. Recently it located the crow flies about 50 meters from the sea and about 150 meters from the beach. The house has two living levels plus solarium with sea view. Whenever guests come for the first time are often positively impressed by the details, from the state of conservation and in part from furniture informal but taste great combination between objects and antiques and others in good part an expression of local craftsmanship, not only in decor, but also in the architectural style, with its terrace-veranda overlooking the sea with a large garden overlooking the large kitchen, and even the dining area and living room with sofas that convert into beds 2/3 places according to needs´, in the same ground floor there is also a corner utility / laundry room and a spacious and bright full bathroom with tub / shower. An ancient stone staircase leads upstairs diversifying two bedrooms, one very large room with beautiful views and a balcony overlooking the mountain and another side balcony and sea view, in the service of the two bedrooms is another bathroom complete with shower, we complete the description saying that it lacks an air conditioning so cool house in summer and warm in winter.
