The residence Les Roches Noires is located in Recanati, beautiful and quiet residential area of Giardini Naxos. A perfect solution if you want to stay in a quiet area to enjoy nature and the sea, but at the same time be close to all places of interest such as Giardini-Naxos town center, Taormina, Isola Bella, Castelmola, Etna and many other.
At the entrance of the complex there are Bar with hot food and grocery shop. Private parking is available on request.
The complex is located about 150m away from the sea, you can reach it by foot in 5 minutes. The beach with fine sand is available both free of charge or for payment. The beach is very beautiful and spacious, next to it there is a nature reserve.
Nearby there are shopping center with supermarket and shops, bus stops to go to the Airport, Taormina and all other tourist places. On sunday morning nearby the complex there is a tipical sicilian open air market, where you can buy fresh sicilian fruits and vegetable or something for the house.
Giardini-Naxos center is 1 km away, Taormina is about 5 km away.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the complex in the center of a large terrace of 340mq. One part of the terrace is complete with a sun tent of about 40 square meters with underlying table 3x1 feet. Another part of the terrace is open, here you can take a sunbathe and enjoy beautiful panoramic views! In one part of the covered terrace there is a cooktop where you can prepare barbeque. The terrace provides a pleasant view over the sea, Taormina and Mount Etna!
The apartment is air conditioned, furnished, consists of two rooms of about 25 square meters each one, the rooms are not communicated with each other, each has its own bathroom (WC, bidè, shower) and exit to the terrace. One of the rooms has open-plan kitchen. The summer kitchen (cooktop) is located outside in a structured part of the covered terrace. There are 6-8 sleeping places (avaliable very comfortable double sofa bed and 2 bunk beds with 2 additional bed). The decor of the rooms is complete with all the essentials. The apartment is elegant, simple and functional.
The apartment is the perfect solution for big families, or for two families who want to stay together but need their own private area, or for groups of friends.
