This hamlet greets you amidst the Casalini landscape at the heart of the Itria Valley. The traditional Puglia accommodation is in a little settlement from the late 18th century. All the buildings were carefully restored in 2008 and converted into comfortable holiday accommodation. The rooms and apartments are part of trulli (conical houses) and stone buildings and feature original furniture, stone walls and handmade bed linen. Each residential unit has its own bathroom, free wireless Internet access and a terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning and a change of towels are every two days. Daily cleaning is available at a supplementary charge. The two-room and three-room apartment have a washing machine, while the four one-room apartments share a laundry room. Free breakfast is served.

The complex has a pool which is open from 9.00 to 20.00 during the season. The generous sun terrace provides parasols, loungers, tables and chairs. The garden of around one hectare has centuries-old olive trees and you can relax in the hammock, or have sociable barbecues in the grill area. There is a playground with play equipment for children. There is also a riding area opposite the pool, where adults and children alike can take riding lessons, in cooperation with a local riding school, or go on guided excursions in the area. Cars can be parked free of charge on the shaded but unmonitored parking area on site.

In this family-run holiday village you will be far away from the stress and noise of the city and enjoy a relaxing holiday close to nature. It is just a kilometre or a ten-minute walk to the nearest grocery shops and three excellent and beautifully situated restaurants. It is a ten-minute drive to the coast and Ostuni. Towns such as Bari, Brindisi, Lecce, Taranto or Matera are other charming trip destinations within an hour’s drive.

One-room apartment “Lamia Verde”
