Positive: The hotel is really beautiful. The main hall is very elegant and large. The furniture is a bit old, but it is a perfect match with the style. Everything is very clean, and they pay attention to the details. The people at the reception were very nice and ready to help in any situation. A big plus is the spa which is really wonderful. I recommend it! The fact that the hotel is close to Caserta is also a plus. Overall, it was a very good choice for the 5 days we spent there at the end of the year.

Negative: The breakfast is ok but I expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was not so good. I didn't like it at all. The coffee was not so good (I expect more when in Italy...). Also, the missing of a coffee machine in the room is a minus.

Summary: A very good choice when visiting Napoli area
