Positive: Loved the location and cleanliness! Parking lot is also a bonus- having stayed in Santa Maria many times parking is not always available- so this took a lot of stress away from us! Also if you have a rental car it is secure in this private lot. the host was available 24/7 very accommodating! There is a drying rack kitchen bathroom laundry facility and pet free eased our nerves since my daughter is allergic and asthmatic with animals!!!

Negative: Maybe more cutlery and items for cooking and a side table near the chair on the main floor and in the upstairs bedroom would be a nice to have.
