Villa Fiore is a nice villa with private garden and also a spacious veranda where you can have your meals, located within a holiday complex with green spaces, a swimming pool (open from beginning of June until the end of September in front of the villa) and animation with live theatre, music, gym at the pool, both for adults and children during the same period. Within the resort you will also find a restaurant and a bar.
The villa is completely furnished and fully equipped and it is composed of a main room (kitchen and living room) with air conditioning and a sofa bed (2 sleeps), a matrimonial bedroom, a twin room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. You will find also an outside shower and a barbecue. There is a parking space reserved for the villa within the residence.
The resort is close to a public beach (10 minutes walk), at 5 minutes drive from the town center of Campofelice and just a few kilometers from Cefalu.
The villa is ideal for families with children looking for a lively summer holiday with entertainment. In summer there are music shows, dances and entertainment at the pool area throughout the day.
In other periods the villa can be instead enjoyed also by anyone looking for relax or as a starting point for day trips thanks to the proximity of the main motorway junction with all directions.

You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
