Villa Selinus has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate kitchen and a large living room that overlooks the large garden with infinity pool and gazebo furnished for outdoor dining, all for the exclusive use of the Villa.
The Villa is located inside a large fenced country estate cultivated with orange and olive trees from which you can see the sea on the horizon, with the presence of a caretaker who will welcome you upon your arrival, and who will be available during your stay for any needs; if you are a large group of friends, you can also book another Villa within the estate with an additional 6/8 beds (subject to availability check).
The beaches of Marinella and Selinunte are about ten minutes away by car; in the nearby archaeological site of Selinunte, full of temples, roads and remains of walls, you can breathe the charm of ancient Greece.
The interior of the Villa is characterized by large spaces furnished with attention and typical Sicilian materials; the whole Villa is air conditioned, with adjustable diffusers in each room; both bedrooms have double bed and TV; from each bedroom you can access your own bathroom, complete with shower, while in the living room there is a double sofa bed to increase the number of guests up to a maximum of six.
The large air-conditioned living room leads to the dining area and the separate kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, American and espresso coffee machine, and through a large glass door to the garden of approximately 5,000 m2, dominated by the infinity pool (10m x 5m, average depth 1.40m); it also has two gazebos and a dining table for outdoor dining or for resting in the shade.

Villa Selinus is suitable for a stay with children, you must take into consideration the following aspects:
• the depth of the pool varies between 1.20 and 1.50 meters, it is not fenced and there is no lifeguard service: the constant presence of an adult is therefore required for safety;
• despite being the fenced estate, the garden does not have a fence that separates it from the neighboring villas;
• an additional baby bed and a high chair are available on request.
Pets are allowed if previously agreed.
