Between sea and mountains, the beaches of Cefalù, Lascari, Campofelice di Roccella and the Madonie hills, natural park rich in history and uncontaminated nature, this elegant villa and its strategic location will allow you to spend your holiday choosing between soft cuddles idleness by the pool or rather the joy of an excursion among nature, sea and culture.
Totally furnished and equipped with all comforts, it welcomes up to 8 guests, with its 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the first floor) three with a double bed, one with a French bed and all equipped with air conditioning. Inside the house you will find three bathrooms, two of them with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The large kitchen is equipped with all comforts: toaster, kettle, large pantry.
The very bright dining area opens onto the private garden. The living area let you relax with a large 4-seater sofa and a 65" television.
The whole house is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. All the TVs in the house are connected to Netflix, Sky, Prime video.
The large outdoor space, characterized by large lawns and exotic plants, will surprise you with its colors and attention to detail.
The swimming pool, equipped with 5 hydromassage stations and a large wet solarium, will be available from 15 May to 15 October and will be for the exclusive use of our guests.
The outdoor showers, the large solarium equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, sofas and the large outdoor kitchen will complete an experience of pure relaxation in total privacy.

The villa is managed by the staff of the Limen Wellness hotel, a boutique hotel within walking distance, where our guests can enjoy on special discounts for the use of the wellness center and the connected services.
Upon arrival, our staff will provide you with useful information for the correct use of the house and will give you the access keys to the villa.
Small pets are allowed, subject to prior notification to our staff, which will incur small additional costs.
The basic rate is for a minimum number of 4 people. Guests of more than 4 people will pay an extra rate per person per night as will be indicated in the quote, according to seasonality.
The final cleaning fee is not included in the price and involves an additional cost per stay of €350.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
