Positive: The apartment has good air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the summer. There is a large and comfortable double bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a fairly comfortable sofa that works well for one person. Overall, the apartment has a good layout and enough space for a comfortable stay.
Negative: The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was quite a lot of dust and dirt, especially under the bed, under the sofa and behind the TV. The TV remote did not work, so the TV ended up being little more than decoration. This was not a major issue for us, but still unpleasant. There was also no curtain or blind covering the glass balcony doors. The biggest problem, however, was the balcony, which was essentially a pigeon roost. From very early in the morning, the pigeons were constantly cooing and loudly flapping their wings. As a result, we were repeatedly woken up around sunrise instead of being able to get a proper night's sleep. There was also no coffee or tea provided at all, despite the apartment having both a capsule coffee machine and a kettle. Even a few basic coffee capsules and tea bags would have been appreciated. Finally, our request for a late check-out was declined. We noticed that nobody entered the apartment for at least half an hour after we had checked out, which made the refusal feel a little unnecessary. This did not affect our overall rating, but it was still slightly disappointing.
