Summary: We booked this hotel when our flight was canceled at 11pm. It was on expedia, so I assumed it was a full hotel. However we got a cab to the hotel, and it turns out there was no one at the desk at that time. So we had to call the manager (which took 10 minutes to figure out), who had to get out of bed and travel to the site, which took 10 minutes. Then the room still needed to be made, which took another 10 minutes. So waiting an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the night with 3 tired grumpy kids was not ideal. Once we did get into bed, it was very clean and comfortable and I slept well, however getting to that point was a bit of a hassle.

Summary: Check in was very smooth, the automated door system works well. Cesare really looked after us, he recommended an amazing restaurant nearby, helped us plan a walking tour of Naples and booked a taxi for us to take us to the airport. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

Summary: Great location near railway station and everything we wanted. Great host. Very friendly. Just across the road from best bakery in Naples. Colourful neighbourhood with a slightly seedy undercurrent but great police presence so no problems.

Summary: Appreciated Property Management kindness, room cleanliness, and Security. Location accesible to the train Station, Plaza Garibaldi, Restaurants, and in front if a famous pastry shop. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony in the afternoons eating freshly baked pastries and Capuccinos.

Summary: Great location close to the main Train Station, perfect location if you have an early flight to catch as the ALIbus operates from there , eur5 purchase ticket on bus, and it is a 2 minute walk from the B/B. Serendipity was a gem of a find, fabulous room with 2 large windows that opened onto both a side street and a main square. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, perfect bathroom and breakfast was fresh and tasty
