Positive: The villa is amazing. It has been clearly well maintained. We have felt very comfortable using its facilities. Everything worked perfectly. I must highlight also that the villa is perfectly designed. It can easily host 4 small families and they will all feel independent. You can see the beach from the roof, and the villa is surrounded by beautiful Sicilian houses and trees. Get your telescope with you as you can see the sky well bright on a summer night. Amazing restaurants within reach and nothing beats the late night walk in the neighborhood.

Negative: The key handing procedure wasnt clear to me, and the owner showed up a couple of minutes after we reached to explain everything. He did a great job though. I would also recommend that the owners coordinate a cleaner option even at a charge. We stayed there for 6 days and could do with cleaners if it was an option. but non of that spoiled the wonderful stay. Absolutely worth it.

Summary: Excellent time to spend the summer 50 meters away from the beach
