The house, which extends over three floors - basement, ground floor and first floor - has a total of 4 bedrooms for 7/8 people and features two bathrooms, two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, offering all comfort. Washing machine and dishwasher are discounted. The holiday home offers space for a large family or even for two small families. The peculiarity of the villa is that it offers a second living room with kitchenette and fridge and is accessible directly from the terrace and garden so it can be the center of the house. At the same time, the entrance area divides the environments in such a way as to give more privacy. The house has two stairs: One door to the first floor offering a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The other staircase leads to the ground floor, a basement flooded with natural light through the skylights. Here, you enter the large, bright kitchen with dining table and adjoining relaxation area with sofa, TV and fireplace. A small corridor leads to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with shower. Three rooms have air conditioning or heating in the colder months.
There is also an outdoor space with sofas, tables, chairs and loungers, with a covered terrace, barbecue area and large garden.
