Summary: Apartment was mostly clean, but strong smell of mold and obvious mold on ceiling of one bedroom. It caused and my companions throats to burn, so we moved the second bed into room closer to window. The area is a bit sketchy (that is the reputation of the neighborhood in general) but we had no issues. My party made sure to be home before dark. Kitchen was good, owner was responsive. One bed had stained bedsheet.
