The farmhouse is located in the hilly countryside between Itri and Sperlonga, surrounded by olive groves. It is an ideal starting point for discovering the natural and artistic beauties of Sperlonga, Itri, Gaeta, Formia and Terracina just a few kilometres away. A unique territory in the alternation of mountain and sea, capable of satisfying both beach lovers and those who prefer trekking and nature trails. Ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends or family, it will allow you to combine the simple and relaxing rhythms of living in the countryside with days on the wonderful sandy beaches of the Riviera d'Ulisse reachable by car in 15/20 minutes.
Just over an hour from Rome and Naples with trains every hour from Formia station.

Casa La Duchessa: Located on the ground floor, an independent entrance leads directly to the living area with open plan kitchen with washing machine, double sofa bed, TV and dining table. Double bedroom with access from the living room with an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The outdoor area is covered with an awning and equipped with a table and chairs allowing you to enjoy life in the open air.
Casa La Contessa: Located on the upper floor, it consists of a large air-conditioned living room with a high pitched wooden roof, open kitchen, double sofa bed, TV and dining table. Air-conditioned double bedroom with access from the living room with an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Outside there is a lovely olive grove with a hammock bed and an area with table and chairs.
The splendid swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the farmhouse, with a salt purification system (8.00 m x 5.00 m x hm) is surrounded by lawn and equipped with sun loungers and will make you relax with its view over the green valley in the shade of a large lemon tree. The 5000-square-metre outdoor grounds with olive trees are fully enclosed. One area houses the 'prince's chicken coop' with friendly hens that offer fresh eggs every day. The house has a barbecue area and an area with a wood-burning oven where you can prepare excellent pizzas.
