Beautiful and bright house with garden and jacuzzi, just two minutes walk from Punta del Pero Beach, in Syracuse. This house is the perfect destination to relax and enjoy the beautiful sun and sea holidays.
This lovely house, recently renovated, boasts a chic and modern style in perfect harmony with the colors of the sea and the landscape of Syracuse. The highlight of the house, in addition to the proximity to the sea, are the outdoor spaces: the jacuzzi where gusts can refresh and relax during the hottest days and the courtyard furnished with sofas, deck chairs, a large dining area covered by a straw, a barbecue with table top and outdoor washing. The house opens onto the living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a second sofa, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen with coffee machine, microwave and kettle.
