The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, is characterized by original cement-tile floors, high ceilings and spacious rooms. The living area includes a large living room with sofa, bookshelf, coffee tables and chairs, and a kitchen, with dining table and snack bar with stools, equipped with oven, microwave, kettle and juicer. Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the terrace with an internal view, furnished with chairs and tables to let guests relax and have meals in the open air.
