The loft is also very airy due to the presence of three balconies, adorned with vases with flowers, and three porthole windows located on the mezzanine. The Casa Clò apartment at the cathedral, pursuant to Legislative Decree L. n. 50/2017, converted into L. n. 96/2017 is one of the types of "short leases", the rental of which cannot exceed 30 days (consecutive and occasional) to be made to the same tenant. For these reasons, in accordance with the aforementioned legislation, at the time of delivery of the house, the owner will make the lessor sign a short-term lease contract which, pursuant to Law no. 431 of 09/12/1998 must contain all the conditions and data relating to the property and the contractor, as well as the amount of the rent.

The sleeping area is also divided into three parts:
- Small bedroom with porthole window, equipped with double bed and wardrobes;
- connection compartment with a vast library, shoe rack and wardrobes;
- master bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers-dresser, roof TV and bathroom with porthole window and large shower. The bathroom is also complete with hairdryer, foam bath, liquid hand soap, towels and shower towel.
