One of the most beautiful beaches in the area is within walking distance (10 minutes) and can be reached via a private path (400 steps). Tropea is far only a few minutes by car. The house was built in the summer of 2008, is very comfortable and welcoming and has wooden furniture.
The house has a spacious dining room with an open kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has all modern amenities, such as a satellite TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine (free shared use).
