Summary: The shower leaked all over the floor past what the bath mat could handle, it carried on out of the bathroom into the hallway and into the bedroom . I wasn’t aware it made it past the bath mat as the floor was a very light cream stone . I stepped off the mat and onto the wet stone and went down hard. Not fun first thing in the morning . It was also hard to see because the ceiling had a strip light and half of it was burnt out . The ac in both the bedroom and living room did not work so we slept with the patio doors open which just led to lots of mosquito bites by the morning. No wash clothes which isn’t that unusual for cheap properties but a Best Western chain should know that international travelers prefer these. The staff were kind but leaving with a very sore shoulder from the fall somewhat diminished my view . For $315 the room was in poor condition and not functional.
