Positive: Mr. Egidio is a great host! He helped us a lot by organising a transfer between the airport and the apartment, and the other way around as well, despite very late arrival and departure time. He was very helpful with advices about the city, and I would definitely reccomend his apartment to anyone coming to Bergamo!
