Positive: I don’t understand any negative reviews about this property - it is HEAVEN! We’ve been to both Villa Letizia and Villa Nigra - both absolutely gorgeous with the most incredible views. A really special and unique place - a gorgeous pool to cool off but still walkable to town. They are rustic Italian style, but that’s what makes them special! Luca, the host is very communicative and helpful. We will back next year! Thanks, Luca
