Summary: What a wonderful experience. The hotel is tucked away in a lovely part of Palermo, easy access to many interesting places the train station and there are a number of fantastic restaurants that come to life in the evening. The staff at the hotel were courteous, professional, helpful and polite. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm. I would highly recommend.
