Positive: large room overlooking the train station on the first floor, but no noise on a night time very light and airy with large window so easy to do your makeup. bed very comfy great bedding nice decor

Negative: couldn't find anyone on reception at certain times and had to go find them helping out in the kitchens which is quite a way away downstairs.
